questions

  • How do I make an appointment for brow tints, threadings, waxes, & lashes?
These bookings do not require an online consultation form. You can book online here. You can also book an appointment by texting or calling 0400519731, or by email at info@londonrosebeauty.com.au
  • How do I make an appointment for Permanent Makeup (brow, lip & cheek tattoos), tattoo removal & Fibro Plasma Skin Tightening?
All PMU and fibroplasma skin tightening appointment requests are required to complete an online consultation form. Once we receive your consultation form, we will contact you to make your appointment. Please click here to submit your online consultation form.
  • Does cosmetic tattooing hurt?
You may feel some pain/discomfort during your cosmetic tattooing procedure, however, this is dependent on your pain tolerance. We always aim to make you as comfortable as possible during your time with us. Pain relief medication and numbing creams can be used to minimise your discomfort.
  • What is Microblading?
Also known as Feathering or Feather Touch, 3D Brows or a Feather Stroke tattoo, Microblading is a manual method implementing pigment in hair-like strokes into the dermis to create fuller-looking brows and to define the brow shape.
  • What are Ombré brows?
Unlike Microblading where the pigment is in the dermis, Ombré brows involve depositing pigment in the epidermis layer of the skin (closer to the surface). Also known as Powder, Mist, Micro-shading, Ombré Shading, or Stardust Brows this technique has a powdery finish. It begins faded at the front of the brow and ends in a crisp tail.
  • What are Combination brows?
Barbara has created a unique, worldwide award-winning combination brow technique. Combination brows are a combination of Microblading and Ombré brows. The Microblading strokes are placed around the border of the brow, creating a natural look and the ombré shading is placed in the middle to create fullness.
  • How long does a cosmetic eyebrow tattoo last?
Microblading, Ombré brows and Combination brows are all semi-permanent eyebrow tattoos that last 1-3 years. However, everyone breaks down the pigment differently and results may last longer for some rather than others. Sun exposure, smoking and your skincare routine may impact how long the pigment stays. A two-part process is required for lasting results, which consists of the initial session followed by a second session 6-8 weeks later.
  • Can you remove or go over my previously tattooed brows?
Great news! We can remove unwanted and/or faded brow tattoos since we have acquired a state-of-the-art laser tattoo removal machine. If the previously tattooed pigment is faded enough, removal may not be necessary and we can go over the faded brow tattoo.
  • What is a lip blush tattoo?
Lip blush is a semi-permanent tattoo that enhances the colour and shape of your lips. To achieve a natural look, a soft shade of pigment is deposited into the lips and lip line. The colour can be glossed up, or you can leave them natural.
  • How long does lip blush last?
Your lip blush tattoo is expected to last 2 years. Sun exposure, smoking and your skincare routine may impact how long the pigment stays. As time goes on, your lip blush tattoo will slowly fade until your lips are their natural hue.
  • What is a cheek blush tattoo?
Cheek blush is a semi-permanent tattoo that gives a natural, sun-kissed blush to your cheeks. Cheek blush can contour your cheeks, slim your face and give your face a fresh, dewy look 24/7. To achieve a natural, subtle look, we select a pigment that matches your skin tone and undertone.
  • How long does cheek blush last?
Cheek blush can last up to 2 years with proper maintenance. Sun exposure and your skincare routine may impact the longevity of your cheek blush.
